At Gold3n T3aLit3, each candle and crystal-infused room spray is intentionally handcrafted, packaged, and prepared with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


🕯️ Order Processing Time

All products are handmade in small batches.

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Processing time does not include shipping transit time

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight

• Order size

• Delivery destination

We currently ship via USPS or other trusted carriers selected at checkout.


🧾 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Gold3n T3aLit3 is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

• Delays or delivery issues caused by carrier errors

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.


📦 Damaged or Leaking Packages

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you, we require:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging


Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Gold3n T3aLit3 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

Please check with neighbors or your local carrier

File a claim directly with the shipping provider

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.


🌡️ Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Candles are sensitive to heat.

• During warmer months, minor sweating or softening may occur during transit

• This does not affect the quality or performance of the candle

Gold3n T3aLit3 is not responsible for heat-related changes once the package is in transit.


🌿 Natural Variations

Because our products contain natural waxes, crystals, and botanicals:

• Slight variations in appearance, crystal size, and color are normal

• These variations are not considered defects


🌎 Domestic Shipping Only 

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
