Gold3n T3aLit3 Refund & Return Policy

At Gold3n T3aLit3, each candle and crystal-infused spray is intentionally handcrafted in small batches. Because of the personal and consumable nature of our products, we ask that you review our policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade, hygienic, and ritual-based nature of our products:

All candle and crystal room spray purchases are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Used or burned candles

Opened crystal room sprays

Change of mind, scent preference, or personal sensitivity

Scent is a personal experience, and we encourage mindful purchasing before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

•Your order number

•Clear photos of:

      •The damaged product

      •The shipping box and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• A replacement of the same item

• Store credit

• A refund to the original payment method

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

What Is Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

• Items damaged due to improper use (not following care instructions)

• Candles burned improperly (e.g., not trimming the wick)

• Crystals or botanical variations (natural differences are expected)

• Orders delayed by the carrier but marked as delivered

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Gold3n T3aLit3 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

• Please check with neighbors or your local carrier

• File a claim directly with the shipping provider

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
