It came from lived experience.

I live with a chronic autoimmune condition, which has taught me how deeply the body and nervous system respond to stress, overstimulation, and constant pressure. Living this way changed how I move through the world — slower, more intentional, and far more aware of what truly restores.

Gold3n T3aLit3 was born in that space.

When your energy is limited, you learn quickly that everything matters — from the scents you breathe in to the environments you rest in.

I don’t rush creation.

I work in small batches, with care and patience, honoring the reality of limited energy and mindful craftsmanship. Each scent is chosen for how it feels emotionally, not just how it smells. Each piece is prepared as if it were meant for someone navigating a tender season — because often, it is.

This isn’t about perfection.

It’s about presence.
