Yes. All candles, room sprays, and scent experiences are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, care, and intention in every piece.

What types of candles do you offer?
We offer both wicked candles and wickless candles. Each serves a different ritual experience and is clearly labeled on the product page.
How should I use a wickless candle?
Wickless candles are designed to be used with a wax warmer. They provide scent without an open flame and are ideal for gentle, continuous fragrance.
Are your candles safe?
Our candles are made with high-quality wax and fragrance oils. Please always follow candle safety instructions and never leave a burning candle unattended.

How do I use the room sprays?
Our room sprays are intended for room and linen use only. Lightly mist into the air or onto linens from a distance. Always test on fabric first.
Are the crystals inside the sprays functional?
Crystals are decorative only and are included to support intention and aesthetic energy. They are not meant for ingestion or direct skin contact.

Do you offer samples?
Yes, we offer a Luxury Scent Sample (Shipping Only) option for scent discovery.
Why is there a charge for samples?
The sample itself is complimentary; the charge covers shipping and handling only. This allows us to offer samples sustainably as a small business.
Can I choose a specific scent for my sample?
Samples are chosen intuitively based on scent families to encourage discovery. Exact scents are not guaranteed.
Is there a limit on sample orders?
Yes. Samples are limited to 2 per household. Duplicate sample-only orders may be canceled and refunded.
Can I order another sample?
At this time, we limit sample orders to two per household.
The best way to explore additional scents is through full-size products, bundles, or special discovery offerings released periodically.
Do full-size orders include samples?
Many full-size orders include a complimentary scent discovery card, especially for first-time customers or during special promotions.

What is a Ritual Teaser?
A Ritual Teaser is a 4 oz, travel-friendly candle designed as a first introduction to our luxury affirmation scents.
Will it be a wicked or wickless candle?
You may receive either a WIC candle (with wick) for a flame ritual or a wickless candle for gentle scenting in small spaces.
Where can I use it?
Great for closets, cars, bedside tables, desks, bathrooms, and small rooms.
Can I order more than one?
Ritual Teasers are limited to one per customer/household to keep them fair and available to everyone.
If I already ordered one, can I order again later?
If you’d like a second teaser, we recommend choosing a full-size ritual candle or a bundle — that’s the best way to experience scent consistency and longevity.
Is this a free sample?
No — Ritual Teasers are fully functional, hand-poured candles and are intentionally priced to support small-batch production.
Will I get to choose the scent?
Not at this time. Ritual Teasers ship as a random selection so you can discover a scent experience unexpectedly (like a mini ritual reveal).

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates vary by product and order type. Sample orders use a flat Economy Shipping rate, while full-size products follow standard shipping options.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping promotions are offered occasionally and may have minimum purchase requirements. Sample-only orders are excluded from free shipping promotions.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Because all items are handcrafted, please allow processing time before shipment. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout.
